What is multi-factor authentication (MFA)?

Security is one of the biggest challenges facing online services. We are determined to provide the most secure service to our clients. One such service is MFA, which is an optional layer of security to reduce the potential risk of others accessing your account. There is no cost involved in adding MFA. All you need to do is generate temporary personal codes.

MFA is managed by level 2 and 3 support

How do I know if MFA is activated on my account?

To find out whether MFA is configured on my account :

  • Log in to any application

  • Enter your credentials

If the "Enhance your account security" page is displayed, this means that MFA is activated on your account.

How do I configure MFA on my account?

To configure MFA, you need an application that generates temporary codes, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.

To configure MFA on my account:

  • Log in to any application

  • Enter your credentials
    • If MFA is optional on your account, the "Activate later" button will be displayed. It allows you to connect without configuring the MFA.
    • If the MFA is mandatory, you must configure the MFA to access the application.

  • Download an MFA application
  • Scan the QR code or copy the code into the MFA application
  • Click on "Next"

  • Write the temporary code generated by the MFA application
  • Click on "Next"

The home page of the application you wanted to connect to is displayed.

As the MFA is configured, the temporary code is requested each time you connect.
