To see the list of my mobile devices and installed applications :
- Log in
- Click on the button at the top right
- Select the “My Account” menu
- Click on menu "Mobiles devices"
How do I delete a user's mobile device?
To delete a mobile device:
- Log in
- Click on the button at the top right
- Select the “My Account” menu
- Click on menu "Mobiles devices"
- Click on the trash icon of the mobile device concerned
- Click on "Confirm"
How do I activate push notifications for MFA validation on mobile device?
To activate MFA push notifications, you must first download the "Deloitte Direct" mobile application and log in once. |
