How do I manage my mobile devices?

This article applies to all types of user: practitioner, administrator client, standard client and employee of the accounting firm's clients.


How can I find out the list of my mobile devices?

To see the list of my mobile devices and installed applications :

  • Log in
  • Click on the   button at the top right

  • Select the “My Account” menu

  • Click on menu "Mobiles devices"

How do I delete a user's mobile device?

To delete a mobile device:

  • Log in
  • Click on the   button at the top right

  • Select the “My Account” menu

  • Click on menu "Mobiles devices"

  • Click on the trash icon of the mobile device concerned
  • Click on "Confirm"

How do I activate push notifications for MFA validation on mobile device?

To activate MFA push notifications, you must first download the "Deloitte Direct" mobile application and log in once.


For MFA push notifications:


  • Log in
  • Click on the   button at the top right

  • Select the “My Account” menu

  • Click on menu "Mobiles devices"


  • Click on the mobile device for which MFA push notifications are to be sent
