How to modify a customer's applications?

Add one or more applications

  1. Go to your Portfolio
  2. Select the “Users” menu
  3. Select the user to whom you want to add one or more applications
  4. Click on “Applications” (under the “Administration” menu)
     
  5. Click on the + button at the bottom right
  6. Select the applications to add
  7. Click on “Add


Validate application access requests

When one of your DeloitteDirect customers adds an application via the store, it is waiting for you to activate it. You must then activate the application, then possibly make the settings for it so that your customer can access it.

  1. Go to your Portfolio
  2. Select the “Users” menu
  3. Select the user to whom you want to validate access to an application
  4. Click on “Applications” (under the “Administration” menu)
  5. Select the application in the “Activation in progress” section
  6. Click on “Activate


Delete access to one or more applications

  1. Go to your Portfolio
  2. Select the “Users” menu
  3. Select the user to whom you want to delete an application.
  4. Click on “Applications” (under the “Administration” menu)
  5. Check the application(s) to be deleted
  6. Click on “Delete” 


The deletion will be active at the end of the current month. You can delete the application immediately by checking the “Do not wait end of the month” option
