How to validate a customer access on DeloitteDirect?

This interface allows you to validate the creation of a client access on DeloitteDirect portal.

This validation is mandatory to confirm the creation of a new customer account and for the user to receive a login and password to connect to the portal.

  1. Go to your Portfolio
  2. Select the “Users” menu
  3. Change the filter to select “Users to validate
  4. Select the surname/first name of the client whose access is pending validation
  5. Click on “Validate this user account
  6. Then validate by clicking on “Confirm


Now the user is directly visible in the “Active Users” section.

Reminder: Access validation is only available for portal administrators, partners and customer managers.
