This interface allows you to validate the creation of a client access on DeloitteDirect portal.
This validation is mandatory to confirm the creation of a new customer account and for the user to receive a login and password to connect to the portal.
- Go to your Portfolio
- Select the “Users” menu
- Change the filter to select “Users to validate”
- Select the surname/first name of the client whose access is pending validation
- Click on “Validate this user account”
- Then validate by clicking on “Confirm”
Now the user is directly visible in the “Active Users” section.
Reminder: Access validation is only available for portal administrators, partners and customer managers. |
